It’s been a hectic weekend in Hyrox HK! Exhausted but so happy to see everyone on and off the course!!

Only did one race this weekend and it’s more for kicking start for next week. However I have used all my energy judging at the stations🫠. Good experiences tho and different perspectives from being a racer.

Last but not least, a very memorable birthday indeed🎂

Race day miracle ✨

First of all, thank you for doing this with me when I’m in such bad shape. Didn’t even imagine sub60 was even possible let alone podium.😩

Race wise, we pretty much stuck to the game plan. First 4 stations were tough and on our 5th run when I checked my watch, we were at 32mins, so I predicted our time around 1hr03-05ish. Yet we pulled out one of the best negative splits ever, especially at the farmers carry where we did it in 1min12 👨‍🌾

As we finished our last run and got to Wallballs our times were at 56mins so I thought this is actually doable. I have to say was in peak shape where he nailed 30 9kg Wallballs in one goal and I finished up the task for him. Crossed the finish line with that joy of relief that we actually made sub 60!

Happy to share the stage with again after .fit Shenzhen 3 months ago and this time with his long stand partner ! Congrats and some unreal times you got there!!

Got to say the new feature with .global and was so useful, now I can finally check my running pace during my race at

From now on my priority would be training properly and taking care of my body 🙏
