Members that joined the FM Tournament may also take part in the tryouts😙 but priorities will be given to those who have not participated in the tournament🫣🫣

Club training on 5/10 will be suspended for the team tryouts

又嚟到我哋一年一度嘅Freshman Tournament啦🤩🤩 唔知大家上一次打乒乓波波係幾時呢🤔 想唔想有一個機會同其他fm打下比賽👀😏 又或者淨係想識吓啲打波嘅frd嘅話🫣 咁呢個比賽就啱你啦🥳 我哋仲會有豐富嘅獎牌同獎品🏅🏓 而且頭四名仲會有機會入到我哋校隊添😎 仲唔快啲嚟報名😙

It’s time for our annual Freshman Tournament again💨💨 ! When was the last time everyone played table tennis? Do you want a chance to have a match with other freshman💪🏻 Or perhaps you want to make some friends that also play table tennis💁🏻‍♂️ Then this tournament is perfect for you😎 We have prepared trophies and prizes for the winners 🫣🫣 Also, the top 4 winners can have a chance to join our HKUST Table Tennis Team🏓 So what are you waiting for😤 Let’s join us💪🏻 !

The details of the tournament are as follows:
Events: Men’s and Women’s Singles
Eligibility: Year 1 Students
Fee: $30 (non-member: $80)
Date: 25/9 (Group stage) & 28/9 (Main round elimination route and alternative route)
Time: 18:30 - 21:30
Venue: Room LG 1031 (Outside S. H. Ho Sports Hall)
Application deadline: 20/9/2023
Quota: 32 men & 16 women (Entertained on a first come first serve basis‼)

The top 4 from the Men’s and Women's Singles would receive trophies and prizes
Champion: Baracuda rubber
Finalist: Butterfly racket case
2nd runner-up: Butterfly rubber cleanser
3rd runner-up: Butterfly 12mm edge protector

Get ready to kickstart the new semester with our Orientation Week🤩🤩 If you feel bored and want to participate in our upcoming events👀 such as the Freshman Tournament, UTeam tryout and HKUST Open🏆 don’t hesitate to join us as a member during our Oweek and grab your member’s package✨

For all our members🤩 we are excited to announce the start of the new semester🥳🥳 Please take note that our regular club training will resume every Monday and Thursday at 7-8pm👏🏻 If you wish to join us👀 remember to fill in the form through our WhatsApp group😉 Don’t hesitate to DM us if you have any questions🫡

Rules are as follow:
▫️Trainings are on every Monday and Thursday unless otherwise stated
▪️Registration starts from 12pm on the day before each training, early registration will be voided
▫️Attendance will be taken during each training, any no-show will result in 2 weeks of suspension
▪️Members should let Excos know through the WhatsApp group or Instagram if they are unable to come at least two hours before the training if members have registered
▫️Each training has a quota of 24 seats, they are on a first come first serve basis by registration
◾️Attendance list will be announced in the WhatsApp group and through the link in bio at 3pm on the day of training
▫️Members may still walk-in to trainings, but only when there are less than 24 players in the room
▪️Non-members may ONLY walk-in when there are empty tables, regardless of how many people there are

An eight-day trip in Osaka 🎌🏯was held during the 2nd to 9th June. It had been a spectacular and unforgettable trip for us 🤩
