From the World Stage to the Future of Hong Kong Freediving 🇭🇰🌍
Recently, I had the ultimate honor of representing Hong Kong as an International Technical Officer (ITO) on deck at the 2026 CMAS Indoor World Championship in Novi Sad, Serbia.
Gaining first-hand experience adjudicating at the highest global tier—watching world records shatter right before my eyes—was an incredible milestone.
It is time to elevate Hong Kong's athletic ecosystem to match international federation standards.
AAHK will be hosting an online presentation for local freedivers, athletes, and coaches.

在世界最高競技殿堂與各國頂尖裁判交流、親眼見證多項世界紀錄被刷新，這段寶貴的經驗讓我深刻體會到國際賽事的嚴謹度、速度感以及不斷演進的 CMAS 規則架構。
