深圳短道速滑訓練營進行中！🔥

Congratulations to our skaters who worked hard on stepping up their speed skating technique during our 3-day camp at Cityplaza Ice Palace.
​Over the three days, these skaters focused on building proper posture and striding technique, picking up the pace during rink laps, and learning crossovers for smoother cornering. They finished up the camp putting their new skills to the test with some fun and high-energy team relay games and races around the rink!

​Over the 3 days, we saw great focus and effort as students built up their speed skating fundamentals on the ice and improved their coordination and strength in dryland training. While for some, it was the first time learning short track speed skating, we saw the confidence of these young skaters grow from Day 1 to Day 3!

Our pioneering Short Track Speed Skating Proficiency Test is exclusively developed by an elite panel of experts – including Short Track Speed Skating Winter Olympian, former Mainland China Provincial Short Track Team Coach, Chinese Skating Association (CSA) Certified Coaches and Referees, International Skating Union (ISU) Referee and former professional short track speed skating athletes.

​Our structured curriculum ensures that students don't just have fun, but continuously build on strength, coordinatination, technique and speed.
Passing these levels isn't just about the certificates and badges—it’s a testament to their focus, resilience, and passion 🔥
