We build the builders. This quarter, 40+ coaches grew their skills through Train the Trainer, Get Set Move Hub training, and a Special Needs workshop. That’s 40 more people walking into sessions with better tools and more care.

We're also connecting with organisations like Hong Kong Playground Association - to learn how sport can reach more of this city together.

The real goal isn't one programme. It’s a sustainable ecosystem where teachers, coaches and partners deliver quality Sport for Development every day. Hong Kong deserves a centre of excellence to anchor that work. The ripple starts here—and we're building it to last.

"The support behind the Dream"
Melody Li won a historic Asian Games bronze medal. Then she became a mother. Most people assumed that was the end of her rugby career.

Returning to the team wasn't simple—physically or logistically. But Melody made a choice: she asked for help. Her family stepped in. Her teammates gave her space. Her physio guided her back, one step at a time. When she was finally named in the squad again, her teammates said, "Mel, you're finally back!"

"I told my family I wanted to return to rugby. They said: You chase the dream, we've got this."

At Rugby For Good, we know that behind every young person reaching for something bigger, there's a network making it possible. We work to build those networks—and the courage to ask for them.

The dream doesn't have to wait. Ask for what you need and build the team around it.

Melody 喺亞運奪得歷史性銅牌後，升級成為媽媽。好多人以為，呢個就係佢欖球生涯的終點。回歸球隊並唔簡單，不論係體能上，定係日常安排上。但 Melody 做咗一個選擇：她主動開口，尋求支持。家人挺身而出，隊友比適當空間佢，物理治療師一步一步陪住佢重返球場。當佢終於再次入選比賽名單，隊友說：「Mel，你終於返嚟啦！」

「我同屋企人講想返去打波，佢們話：你去追夢，我哋會幫你打點一切。」

喺橄欖成長基金，我們知道每一位追夢嘅年輕人背後，都有一個支撐佢哋嘅網絡。我哋嘅工作，就是協助建立呢啲網絡，以及主動開口尋求支持嘅勇氣。

Action at the Hong Kong Sevens! 🏉

The Jockey Club Sevens School Tour is back, with 200 guides from diverse backgrounds supporting the next generation.

Students learn the basics of rugby rules and match-day etiquette, going from “not quite sure what’s happening” to truly getting into the game 🙌

Understand the game, and you don’t just watch it, you experience it.

賽馬會七人欖球賽學校導賞團再度登場，200位來自唔同背景嘅導賞員，一齊支持下一代。由認識欖球基本規則，到學習觀賽禮儀，喺導賞員講解下，學生更了解欖球比賽，感受比賽嘅熱烈氣氛 🙌
