一場完美的活動背後，凝聚了無數社群的心血與汗水！

特別感謝Joy Connect 的婦女及長者 Helper ，在過去一個月裡的努力與付出。為了讓老友記與義工們在當天享受到快樂、輕鬆又難忘的手作 Workshop，她/他們連日來不辭勞苦地準備材料、反覆練習流程、細心安排每一個微小細節。這份專業與用心，讓所有人都在台上看到了她們發光發亮的身影！🌟🥮

同時，亦要深深感謝 #國泰 Cathay 義工隊 和 HandsOn Hong Kong 的熱誠與愛心！活動當天場面熱鬧非凡，大家的投入與歡笑聲感染了現場每一個人。看到老友記與義工們都玩得盡興、帶著滿滿的滿足感與美味月餅回家，就是我們最大的收穫！

🌕 【The Heroes Behind the Scenes! Thank You Joy Connect Helpers & Cathay Volunteers】 ❤️✨

Behind every successful event lies the continuous heart and hard work of a dedicated community team!

A special and deep thank you goes to our Joy Connect women and elderly helpers for their endless efforts over the past month. To present a fun, relaxed, and enjoyable handcraft workshop, they spent days preparing materials, refining every step, and planning every small detail. Their dedication allowed them to shine so brightly on stage! 🌟🥮

We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Cathay volunteer team and HandsOn Hong Kong their passion and love! The atmosphere on the event day was electric, filled with warmth and laughter. Seeing everyone enjoy themselves to the fullest and return home with huge smiles (and delicious mooncakes!) means everything to us.

We look forward to our next gathering to create even more unforgettable and meaningful moments together! See you next time! 👋🏻❤️

🌕 【A Cross-Community Mooncake Date! 160 ppl Celebrating a Warm Mid-Autumn Festival】 🥮✨
On a Saturday this September, Kai Tak Sports Park was filled with laughter and the rich aroma of mooncakes! 60 lovely elderly communities from Big Wave Bay and Tuen Mun gathered together with 110 energetic corporate volunteers from for a special snowskin mooncake workshop! ❤️

👵🏻👨🏽‍🦳 Heartfelt Words from the Elderly:
“I had so much fun! 😆 It feels so satisfying to experience making such beautiful mooncakes🥮😍!”
“It’s my first time visiting Kai Tak Sports Park! Having a group of lively young people making mooncakes together with us made me so happy. I really appreciate everyone’s thoughtful arrangements!”

More than half of the elderly shared that they had never been to Kai Tak before. With the warm, attentive companionship of the Cathay volunteers, they took charge of every step—from kneading dough and wrapping fillings to pressing the molds.

Seeing the bright smiles on their faces when they saw the finished products was truly heartwarming!
🌟 Community Shining Together with Love
This event was not only a festive celebration, but also a platform for Joy Connect’s community helpers to shine. They led this large-scale handcraft workshop with pride, showcasing their confidence and talents.

Special thanks to for the enthusiastic support of their volunteer team, and to HandsOn Hong Kong for their meticulous arrangements! Your thoughtfulness in always putting the community first made both our elderly participants and women helpers feel deeply respected and valued.

This Mid-Autumn Festival is sweet with mooncakes, but even warmer with love and connection. ❤️ We look forward to having more cooperation in the future, Let’s bring Joy and love to more communities ❤️

What a phenomenal wrap-up! This past August, Joy Connect was incredibly honored to partner with Hang Lung Career once again to create a joyful “Family Fun Day - Vibrant Hang Lung Village!” 🔥✨

A massive thank you to Hang Lung Properties for your continued trust and support. Every collaboration brings such fantastic synergy, allowing us to spread positive energy through action. The venue was absolutely filled with laughter that is still echoing in our minds! 📸

*Spreading Summer Warmth Through Community Action ☀️*

As summer brings about mosquitoes and pests, elderly cleaners and recyclers ,one of our most vulnerable groups in community, face added challenges as they continue working outdoors.

This August, we welcomed a team from Environment Council (BEC) to Joy Connect. Under the guidance of our staff, BEC volunteers turned their care and sincerity into practical support. They worked side by side for three dedicated hours, producing 50 natural insect bite relief balms for elderly recyclers in the New Territories. 🌿

We’re grateful for BEC’s commitment to community-led impact, and we look forward to strengthening partnerships that deliver real, impactful changes.

夏日蚊患嚴重，大家平時出街都怕被蚊咬，更何況要長期喺戶外工作嘅拾荒長者？🦟💦

好感謝 商界環保協會 的用心與支持！喺呢個炎炎夏日，一班員工化身成熱心義工，特意來到 Joy Connect，親手製作咗 50 件「蚊咬滋潤膏」，為新界區嘅拾荒長者送上最實用、最貼心嘅關懷。🌱✨

活動由Joy Connect同工主持，義工們默默用心製作，足足 3 小時無停手！每一盒蚊膏背後，都凝結住大家對長者滿滿嘅祝福與心意。❤️
