📢 Important Notice – EU Tax Reform & Shipping Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding logistics costs due to the upcoming EU customs policy changes.

According to the latest EU customs reform and updated clearance requirements for cross-border e-commerce shipments into the European Union, the overall customs declaration and handling process has become significantly more complex.

Although our products remain duty-free at the product level (no additional product tax applied at checkout at this stage), the logistics and customs clearance costs have increased, especially for shipments containing multiple different product types that require separate declaration entries.

These changes have resulted in:

Increased customs declaration handling fees
Higher administrative costs per shipment
Additional processing complexity for mixed-product orders (multiple SKU types in one parcel)

As a result, we are required to make a temporary adjustment to our shipping fees to reflect the increased operational and clearance costs.

📦 Effective immediately:
Shipping fees for EU orders will be moderately adjusted upward
The adjustment mainly affects orders with multiple product categories
Single-item shipments are less impacted

We are continuously working with our logistics partners to optimize clearance efficiency and reduce costs wherever possible, and we will review this adjustment as the situation stabilizes.
