At the W15 Kursumlijska Banja in Serbia, Adithya Karunaratne partnered Latvia's Elza Tomase to capture her second career WTT women's doubles title after they beat Tea Nikcevic/Klara Vaja (MNE/SRB) 6-0 6-0 in the final.

Thompson halted by No. 13 seed Baena

World No. 32 Kai Thompson served for the opening set twice, first at 5-2, and again at 5-4, but No. 13 seed Nicolas Baena of Peru hung tough to force a tiebreak before taking it 7-2. In the second set, the HK rep had a break point to draw even at 4-4, but Baena warded it off and held for 5-3 with a backhand volley winner. The Peruvian then secured the match-clinching break to bag this boys' singles first round victory 7-6(2) 6-3.

世界排名 32 的朱鍇泓在首盤領先 5-2 及 5-4 的情況下兩度失去發球局，之後更加被對手在決勝局反勝 7-2，先輸一盤。第二盤，這位香港代表在落後 4-3 之際未能把握破發分，被秘魯的 13 號種子 Nicolas Baena 化解了危機，並以一記反手截擊保發，將比分改寫為 5-3。隨後，Baena 再破發鎖定勝局，以 7-6(2) 6-3 贏得這場溫布頓青少年組男單首圈的勝利。

Chong upended by No. 7 seed

Vera Zvonareva, who partnered Laura Siegemund to capture seven career titles, which included the 2020 US Open and 2023 WTA Finals, served and returned at an exceptionally high clip today, registering over 70% on both first and second serve points won, as they broke Eudice Chong/Anastasia Tikhonova five times to win 6-2 6-2.

In the pivotal fifth game of the second set that went to deuce 10 times, Tikhonova managed to save three break points to hold serve to give them a fighting chance going forward. However, the No. 7 seed did not let slip any opportunities and ran away in straight sets.

Despite the loss, Chong became the first player from Hong Kong to advance to the round of 32 in the ladies' doubles at .

曾與絲格蒙搭檔贏得七項冠軍，包括 2020 年美國網球公開賽及 2023 年 WTA 年終賽的施禾娜莉娃，今日一仗接、發球都表現出色，第一和第二發得分率均超過70%，並五次破發，最終以 6-2 6-2 擊敗張瑋桓/迪荷露娃。

在第二盤關鍵的第五局，雙方十次戰至平分，迪荷露娃成功救了三個破發分，保住發球局，給己隊一線生機。可惜這對 7 號種子沒有放過任何機會，最後直落兩盤獲勝。 面對頂尖組合今日雖然未能晉級，但張瑋桓亦已成為首位打入溫布頓女子雙打 32 強的香港球手。

Competing for the first time at , ITF Junior Ranking No. 32 .thompson08 has drawn 13th seed Nicolas Baena of Peru in the opening round of the boys’ singles. The pair will meet at Court 9 today.

Chong wins on Wimbledon debut

Eudice Chong/Anastasia Tikhonova saved 12 of 15 break points and produced four mini-breaks in the second set tiebreak to beat Elisabetta Cocciaretto/Ann Li (ITA/USA) 6-3 7-6(3) in the opening round of the ladies' doubles. Next up, they will face either No. 7 seed Laura Siegemund/Vera Zvonareva or British wildcard entry Madelaine Brooks/Amelia Rajecki.

【Ando Foundation Global Challenge Jr. Tennis 2026】

We are incredibly honoured to have our Hong Kong tennis juniors trained at the prestigious Japan High Performance Sport Center! This elite camp offered our young athletes a world-class environment to elevate their skills both on and off the court. Across three intensive days, the players underwent comprehensive fitness and athletic ability testing, alongside rigorous training on both hard and clay courts to sharpen their game.

A key highlight was the “Champion Education” series, which delivered invaluable off-court wisdom. We were privileged to learn about “personal magnetism” and the fascinating “tennis stories of the past.” The lecturers also provided expert guidance on physical conditioning, media relations, as well as essential sports nutrition knowledge to fuel their tennis development.

To wrap up this unforgettable journey, the team enjoyed a productive final morning practice and a heartwarming closing ceremony, followed by an exciting visit to the CUPNOODLES Museum in Yokohama to create their very own customised Cup Noodles!

【安藤百福全球青少年網球挑戰訓練營 2026】

我們非常榮幸能帶領四位香港少年網球手前往頂尖的日本國家體育中心（Japan High Performance Sport Center）進行訓練！這次訓練營為我們的年輕球員提供了世界級的環境，讓他們在場內外皆能茁壯成長。在為期三天的密集行程中，球員接受了全面的體能與運動能力評估，並在硬地和泥地球場上進行了嚴格的技術磨練。

訓練營特別設有「冠軍教育」系列課程，為球員帶來寶貴的場外知識。我們非常榮幸能夠學習到如何培養「個人魅力」，並聆聽了引人入勝的「昔日網球故事」。此外，講師們亦在體能調節、媒體應對技巧以及運動營養知識方面提供了專業指導，全方位支持年輕球手的發展。

在訓練營的最後一天，經過早上的高效訓練與結業禮後，一眾隊員前往橫濱合味道紀念館參觀並親手製作了專屬的合味道杯麵，為這次難忘之旅畫上完美句號！

Eudice ready for Wimbledon debut

Eudice Chong, currently at a new doubles career-high of No. 57, and 82nd-ranked Anastsia Tikhonova, are set to go up against Elisabetta Cocciaretto/Ann Li (ITA/USA) in the opening round of the ladies' doubles at Wimbledon.

The match is scheduled to be played at Court 7 today (2 July). Free live broadcast is available on Now TV App (estimated to start at 19:30).
