‎1. *Handover Postponed*
‎ The handover is *NOT cancelled*. New date: *Friday, 21st August 2026*.
‎ Reason: Clash with school cultural activities on the original day. Most cadets are part of culture, so attendance would be low.
‎
‎2. *Reasons for Postponement*
‎ - *Cultural activities* on same day as handover
‎ - *Poor training attendance* because cadets are with culture group
‎ - *Payment issues* - many cadets haven’t paid for handover/T-shirt yet. They’re still collecting money.
‎
‎3. *Instructions*
‎ - *Everyone should be on standby* for 21st August
‎ - *Training still continues* even during culture week. After culture activities on Friday, cadets should return to training ground
‎ - *Make your payments* and collect your T-shirt before the handover
‎ - Handover will happen *before you vacate*
