‘Plant of the fairy women’ are what foxgloves are known as in Scottish Gaelic 🧚♂️
No wonder there are so many of these beautiful flowers in our fairy woods. Don’t be fooled by their beauty however, as these plants are highly toxic so best to admire from a distance and leave them be …🌸

This month we celebrate all things mermaids here at the dreamery. We have a selection of mermaids who live here including fresh water mermaids in our lake, the mermaid statue in our museum along with many artefacts 🐚🌊
