It's been a while since I've posted. Business has been growing here at FAB Fitness and I'm so proud of the community I've created!

With PT clients, Circuits and Pilates clients.
I love how pilates evenings are a place where strangers have come together, to move and enjoy time carved out for themselves.

We have 1 week left of pilates, we return on the 13th April. Come and join us for a one off, usually £14,but only £12 this week. Then commit in after Easter,.as you'll be hooked!

Sometimes showing up isn't easy, even doing what I do! Business has picked up(LOVE THAT PART) amongst mum life and finding pockets of time, it's tricky, so sometimes showing up in my pj's and fluffy socks in the cabin, is better than not showing up!

Be kind to yourself, show up in ways that you can fit in, most importantly love the process, so you'll stick to it, and it's habitual!
