GG Woking

This morning, 2 members of GoodGym Woking were busy preparing for the painting of a mural at one of the local schools. More will be revealed tomorrow!

GG Woking members went plogging last night. We ran along the Hoe stream and managed to fill a whole bag of.... rubbish!
It felt great to do a good deed while keeping fit and catching up with friends!

A perfect August morning, with great weather conditions for the children to run, parents to spectate and GoodGymers to marshal. Anne, Steve and Karen were there to assist alongside all the other volunteers.

An excellent turnout of 170 children made for another worthwhile morning of volunteering, with lots of “Thank you, Marshal!” from very grateful children and parents, and plenty of high fives to keep the younger runners motivated.
