Wow. Coach Joe’s turns 1 today and what a brilliant year it has been. I have loved every second of the journey so far and would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been involved. So many smiles, laughs, high fives and fist bumps. So much positive energy. To all of the brilliant children (and parents, guardians, grandparents, carers, and support staff behind them) - thank you. I am buzzing for the year ahead.

Awesome day of Alternative Provision today. We explored the woods, roamed the fields, wandered the river bank and chatted about everything we saw. Fantastic weather for it.

Picture the scene, if you will. Start of the summer holidays. England will have just won the World Cup, your kids will be bouncing off the walls and the sun will be shining (but with pleasant temperatures, not a heatwave!). Coach Joe’s holiday club is the place to be if excess energy needs burning off. You know it makes sense.

My low demand, laid back home ed sports sessions are such great fun and it has been a pleasure watching children and parents form friendships, play and have fun. If there is sufficient interest in Oxford I will find a venue and get something similar up and running there asap. Drop me a message or email if you are keen. Ages 4-12 approx but flexible. Thanks 🙏

I’m hoping to grow fruit and vegetables with the young people I work with as part of my alternative provision offering. Can anyone please spare a small space at an allotment or on their land for us to use? Even a space as small as a square metre would suffice. Ideally in Witney but happy to travel within reason. Thank you. 🙏

We went the long way to the den today on a blustery, sunny 3 mile loop. An achievement we marked with an ice cream each at the end. Fantastic afternoon to be outside building confidence and getting some exercise.
