As a father of four football-mad children, I've gained a wealth of experience that goes far beyond traditional coaching methods. From coaching impromptu backyard tournaments to fine-tuning their skills during countless training sessions, I've had a front-row seat to the ups and downs of player development. I've learned how to inspire, motivate, and even mediate when sibling rivalries get heated over a last-minute goal.
