Bring a friend to Act One this October! 🎭✨

There’s nothing better than sharing the stage with someone you love! This October, our Act One students can bring a friend along to class to experience the fun, creativity and confidence that comes with being part of our community.

Whether they love singing, dancing, acting or simply want to try something new - bring them along and let them have their Act One moment! ⭐

✨ Our Shining Stars have been absolutely shining! ✨

These performers have been having SO much fun working on their “Friend Like Me” dance, taking on the role of the Genie! 🧞‍♂️💜

They’ve been developing new moves, building their dance technique and, of course, working on those all-important facial expressions to really bring their performance to life!

Absolutely - and there’s no one way to be a screen actor at Act One.

Every student learns at their own pace, and our classes are designed to meet them where they are. Some students love being in front of the camera straight away, while others take a little longer to build confidence and that’s completely okay.

Because we use professional filming equipment in class, students can also explore the technical side of screen acting. From watching how a scene is filmed to understanding cameras, framing and what happens behind the lens, there’s always something to discover.

Whether your child is confident, curious, quiet or completely new to acting, we give them the space to learn, experiment, develop and find their own way in front of the camera. 🎥✨

Screen Acting at Act One - learn at your own pace, create your own story.

What an amazing evening with our small-group MN Award class! 🎭✨

Tonight we worked on on-screen expressions and internal emotions - really pushing those performance skills and exploring how to make emotions feel authentic and believable on camera. 🎬

One of the best feelings as a teacher is hearing students say, “That’s super hard!” because it means we’re challenging them, stretching their skills and pushing them beyond their comfort zone.

And boy, is it rewarding when they nail it! 🙌🔥

So proud of this little group and the progress they’re making! ❤️🎬
