MID-SUMMER FUN & GAMES NIGHT - 29th June at 6.30pm in .
It's not always ALL about kettlebells peeps. Why not join me for a fun games evening? Nothing serious, just a bunch of game-for-anything peeps, a few bits of equipment (balls, balloons, hoops, etc) and some whacky games. You may get wet. If you didn't know, Kettlebell Crazy does FOUR classes every week all year round. There are around FIVE hundred exercises we use. YOU WILL NEVER GET BORED, even if you come to every class, every week, they are each different.

Right then peeps, both marathons are behind me, you guys were amazing with your support, thank you 😘. I feel absolutely great. All your beloved kettlebell classes are now back on as normal every week, and the sun is shining on us ☀️☀️. Life is GOOOOD.

One down, one to go!
Thank you to all of you for your support 🥰. Yesterday's Boston marathon was everything I expected. The experience of a lifetime. I buddied up with a lovely lady from Toronto, Jackie, also running her first Boston marathon. We stuck together from start to finish. Sadly Dave missed me at the finish line due to congestion on the trains, but he was there at mile 21/22 with my fresh bottle. After the marathon, I had to walk 7 miles to the hospital to collect Dave who had walked into a glass wall and needed stitches 🤦♀️.
