🌟 OLIVER HAS MADE MY DAY 🌟

I’ve just come off a call with Oliver Omer from O&P Interiors, and he was buzzing to tell me that today marks ONE YEAR since he joined the KBB Academy. 🎉

And what a year it’s been.

In just 12 months, Oliver has gone from full-time employment to steadily building a brilliant business and brand of his own — and he’s achieved KBB Academy Gold along the way. 🥇👏

But do you know what made my day the most?

Oliver told me how proud he is of himself. ❤️

And he absolutely should be.

Sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re going that we forget to look back at just how far we’ve already come. Hearing the excitement, pride and positivity in Oliver today was brilliant — his energy is infectious.

There’s a lovely full-circle moment coming, too.

Oliver will be joining us at the Academy Event on 16th October, almost exactly a year to the day since his very first one.

Back then he didn’t know anyone. He wasn’t sure what to expect. He’d never met Aaron or me in person. But he turned up and got stuck in. 💪

A year later, look at the progress. 📈

This is why Aaron and I do what we do. Seeing Academy members grow their businesses is fantastic — but seeing people become more confident, proud of themselves and excited about their future is what makes it so rewarding.

Oliver, brilliant work mate. Be proud of what you’ve achieved. 👏🥇

And to everyone else in the Academy: keep going. Keep implementing. Keep showing up.

You might not notice the progress every day, but imagine where YOU could be this time next year. 🚀

Just getting by.

Then I realised I had a choice:

That shift in mindset changes everything.

Who you hang around with MATTERS 💡

I realised something had to change… so I started putting myself in better rooms, around better people, with bigger standards.

And everything else followed.

Better mindset.
Better opportunities.
Better business.
