The U14s Premier League is shaping up to be another competitive division, but we’re still open to accepting Med–High level U14s teams who want the challenge of competing in the top division. ⚽️

We’re also looking for U13s Med–High teams who want to take on a Saturday challenge at 11v11 and test themselves against strong opposition. 💪🏽

And for teams looking to continue their development, we have a Low–Med U14s Championship at 9v9 still open. A great opportunity to develop, compete and progress in the right environment. ⚽️

U11s Girls League is here! ⚽️🔥

With 14 teams going head-to-head, the U11s Development League is ready for an exciting season of girls’ football.

And 14 teams is outstanding! 🙌

From just our first two announcements, we’re already welcoming more teams than we had in Season 1 — with U12s x2 divisions still to be announced, alongside U14s x2 divisions.

This is a huge reflection of the real growth in the girls’ game. ⚽️

The U11s age group has absolutely blown up, with some of our teams taking that next step and challenging themselves at 9v9 football (U12s) — creating more opportunities, more competition and more development for young players.

A league built on passion, commitment and dedication — giving girls the opportunity to play, develop and enjoy the game together.

U10s Girls League is here! ⚽️

With 7 teams going head-to-head, the U10s Development Group is ready for an exciting season of girls’ football.

We’re still open to welcoming local teams who want to join us and be part of the U10s Development Group.

Golborne Girls FC U12s are looking for a goalkeeper to join their squad for the new season.

After winning the cup two years in a row, the girls are looking to build on their success and would love to welcome a new keeper to the team. 💙💛

We’re looking for someone who enjoys playing in goal, wants to develop their game and, most importantly, wants to be part of a brilliant group of girls.

💙 Positive environment focused on development and enjoyment

Come along to a training session on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 - 7, meet the coaches and the team! Training is at Golborne Sports Club - Stonecross Lane, Lowton, WA3 2SE.

Matches are played in the Wigan Girls League on Saturday mornings.
