Get yourself into class every Saturday, 1:00pm – 1:30pm!

This class is a fantastic addition to your dancer’s training. Just 30 minutes of focused conditioning and stretching can help to:

⭐ Build strength and control
⭐ Improve flexibility and mobility
⭐ Develop core stability and balance
⭐ Support better posture, lines and technique
⭐ Increase body awareness
⭐ Help dancers perform movements with greater control
⭐ Reduce the risk of injury by building strong, well-conditioned bodies
