Last night we had Deon through in Carlisle getting some rounds in ahead of the championships beginning for him 🥊

Following our gym closure for the last few weeks we will be opening back up with the following sessions to run weekly, starting on July 20th.

Last night we had Charlie, Deon, Niall and Jenny through at Maryport ABC for some inter-club sparring including Workington ABC and Wigton ABC. Some good pre-season rounds in the bank!

Special mention goes to Jenny taking part in her first sparring session at another gym 🥊

The gym was absolutely buzzing last night! 💪

We had a fantastic turnout for our fitness session, followed by a brilliant kids’ session.

It’s fantastic to see so many people getting involved, working hard and enjoying themselves. 👊
