The rewards of coaching! 🏆 🏉
A season is long. You learn to champion the highs and ride the waves of low. Sometimes players listen, sometimes they don’t, sometimes they get it, sometimes they don’t. When it comes together it can be a thing of beauty, and when it doesn’t you want to scream with frustration.
But, those times to celebrate can be few and far between. So, when they do happen, take it in, understand why you were successful and use that platform to build success as a culture in everything you do. A proud coach.
