Things look a little different from where we left off!

Here’s how HHRC runs now:

🏃‍♀️ MONDAYS
For anyone who can run 5km
~ANY pace welcome.
Fast, slow, chatty or focused… if you can cover 5km, this night is for you.

🌱 WEDNESDAYS
For absolute beginners, non-runners, or anyone who can’t quite run 5km yet.
We’ll run together as a group, using run/walk and progressive sessions to build you up to a full 5km — no pressure, no judgement, lots of encouragement. Once you are comfortable running a 5k then you are welcome to join Mondays classes too 🩷

Here’s what to expect when we return:

*Mondays*
📍 Meet at the Ebdon Arms car park
⏰ 6:00pm
🏃‍♂️ A relaxed, social run for those who are comfortable running around 5km. Routes will vary, but the focus is always on running together and enjoying it — not speed.

*Wednesdays*
📍 Meet at the Ebdon Arms car park
⏰ 6:00pm
🌱 Our beginner-friendly session, ideal if you’re building confidence or working towards running 5km without stopping. Everyone is welcome, and there’s no pressure to be “fast”.

We can’t wait to get back out with you, whether you’ve run with us before or you’re thinking of joining for the first time. 💖

It’s been a quiet winter month, but I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for us — lots of new faces, plenty of parkruns, races together, and good times ahead, hopefully 🙏🏻
