My current class schedule.

I'm still on a reduced timetable as I slowly resume teaching after having my second girl back in February.

As I navigate this time, becoming a mum of two and running a yoga business, I've decided to keep my classes limited and local so I don't have to travel far or leave my little ones at home.

Prenatal Yoga class every Monday at 7:15 pm in Holcombe Rogus.

These classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right through to birth. Each session will allow you to connect with your body, focus on your breath, and move safely and confidently throughout your pregnancy.

I’ll also be teaching breathing techniques to support you during birth, as well as discussing hypnobirthing techniques that can help you reset your mind, feel calm, and approach your birth feeling informed and empowered.

The course will run as a 7-week block, allowing you to build strength and confidence while learning valuable skills and techniques to support you through pregnancy and birth, as well as enjoying some well-deserved time for yourself.

I will be offering:

Prenatal Yoga, a great way to feel good during pregnancy and learn valuable breathing techniques for birth- all abilities welcome.

Postnatal Yoga, a wonderful way to bond with your baby while building strength after birth- no prior yoga experience needed.

Rise and Shine Yoga, a hatha-based yoga class that helps you reset each week and build confidence within.

Throughout the summer holidays, I'll be hosting outdoor yoga classes in my garden, making the most of the beautiful summer evenings.

Take some time to slow down, breathe, and find a moment of calm during what can often be a busy season. These grounding classes are a wonderful opportunity to move your body, unwind, and connect with nature.

Thursdays at 7:30 pm

As these are pop-up outdoor sessions, classes will be weather-dependent, so please keep an eye on my website or Instagram for updates each week.

✨ All abilities are welcome, and the class can be adapted for pregnancy, so everyone can feel comfortable and supported.

The first session will be on Thursday 30th July.
