What progress actually looks like…
It’s not about perfection,
It’s not about motivation.
It’s about making healthy choices daily, even if it’s just one.
Our bodies burn calories through four main processes: BMR, which is the energy needed to keep us alive at rest; NEAT, the calories we burn through everyday movement; EAT, the energy used during planned exercise; and TEF, the calories used to digest and process food.
To increase calorie burn, we can build and maintain muscle through strength training, move more throughout the day by walking and staying active, exercise regularly, and eat enough protein and whole foods.
By increasing movement and maintaining muscle, we can naturally increase the amount of energy our bodies use each day.

This or That…
Which one would you choose?
A Push, Pull, Legs routine is a simple and effective way to train.
•Push workouts target the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
•Pull workouts focus on the back and biceps.
•Legs strengthen your lower body.
This split helps balance your training, allows muscles time to recover, and supports building strength and muscle while reducing the risk of overtraining. It’s an easy routine to follow and works well for all fitness levels.
Cable machine + Pull day = the best combo..
Muscle growth comes from consistently challenging your body through progressive overload-gradually increasing the weight, reps, or intensity over time. Combine this with taking your working sets close to failure while maintaining good form.
Stay consistent, recover well, and aim to be a little stronger every week.

You can’t get much done in life if you only work on days when you feel good!
