☀️ Summer Holiday Class Update ☀️

During the school summer holidays, our 4:00pm Kids Boxing class will be merged with our 4:45pm class.

🥊 If you're booking a trial that would normally be for 4:00pm, please book onto the 4:45pm session instead.

This is a temporary change for the summer holidays only, and our usual timetable will return once the school break is over.

Thanks for your understanding – we look forward to seeing everyone in the gym!

Goodbye, Filip 👊

Today we said goodbye to one of our longest-standing members as Filip heads to Poland after 5 amazing years with GNR8.

From being a young member in the gym to completing work experience with us, helping at our camps, and stepping in to lead warm-ups whenever needed, he’s always been someone we could rely on. His energy, personality, and unmistakable volume meant you always knew when Filip was around! 😂

Watching him grow over the years has been a pleasure, and he has been a big part of the GNR8 family.

We know he’ll go on to do great things, and he’ll be hugely missed by everyone here.
