âš Lullaby Project Information Sharing Day â Belfast âš
We are delighted to be hosting a special information exchange and sharing day celebrating the launch of the internationally recognised Lullaby Project in Northern Ireland.
đ The Parent Rooms , 18â22 Gordon Street, Belfast
đ
Thursday 26th February 2026
â° 9:30amâ1:30pm (tea/coffee and lunch provided)
The Lullaby Project pairs professional musicians with parents experiencing perinatal mental health challenges such as anxiety, low mood, trauma or isolation. Together, they co-create personal lullabies for their babies â supporting bonding, emotional wellbeing and confidence through the power of music.
We are proud to be launching this programme in collaboration with professionals from Parents 1st UK: Essex Services , who have completed a number of Lullaby Projects with Live Music Now England. They will be travelling to Belfast for this knowledge-sharing day with Northern Irish project partners. This cross-regional learning has been supported by a grant from the Northern Ireland Officeâs Connect Fund.
Join us to explore the role of music in perinatal mental health and celebrate the local launch of this inspiring creative health initiative. The morning will include:
đ” Insights from project partners and advocates
đŹ Reflections from specialists and musicians
đ¶ Live musical performances
đ€ Networking and discussion
This free event is open to health professionals, parents and family support volunteers. Itâs a valuable opportunity to share learning, build connections and explore the impact of creative health in Northern Ireland.
Attendance is free â please RSVP to [email protected] or get in touch if youâd like further information.
Please share this post (and the event flier) with anyone who may be interested â weâd love to see you on 26th February! đ

What a privilege to support these two amazing women!
Every journey is so different and this was definitely the case for these two. The support I provide as a doula is just as different each time but so rewarding in every case.
An absolute honour to witness the beautiful births of these baby cousins born almost exactly one year apart đ

The next meeting of the Belfast Trust Maternity Services Liaison Committee will be on Thursday June 5th at 6.30pm online.
This group brings service users and representatives together with maternity staff to work on improving and shaping maternity services. It's so important to have service user voices around the table as they should always be at the heart of what maternity does.
