Day 5 of our very intensive Pilates Certification… and what a journey it has already been! ✨

From 9:00am until 6:00pm, these ladies are fully immersed in Pilates every single day. It’s intense, it’s challenging, and it demands complete focus—but the transformation is incredible to witness.

The progress they’ve made from Day 1 to today is what I would normally expect to see after around 6 months of teaching. Their confidence is growing, their understanding of the method is deepening, and they are beginning to truly teach Pilates—not just perform the exercises.

This is why I love teaching instructors. Watching people evolve, gain confidence, and stay true to the Pilates method is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do 😜💃
