There’s a very specific kind of frustration that comes from looking in the mirror and thinking…
“I just don’t recognise myself anymore.”
You’re doing all the things you’ve been told are “healthy” but you still feel:
Puffy when you wake up.
Bloated after meals.
Exhausted by the afternoon.
Constantly craving something.
Like your weight has changed for no obvious reason.
And generally… not like YOU.
So naturally, you assume you need to try harder.
Eat less.
Train more.
Cut out carbs.
Be more disciplined.
But sometimes, the answer isn’t another diet.
Persistent symptoms can be worth investigating properly — things like your thyroid, blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, menstrual health, digestion, sleep and stress can all influence how you feel.
And once you understand what’s actually going on?
You can stop throwing random solutions at your body and start giving it what it actually needs. 💖
That’s a huge part of what I want women to learn inside Metabolism Kickstart.
Not just WHAT to eat or HOW to train…
but how to understand your body, recognise the signals it’s giving you and build habits that support your health AND your physique.
Because you deserve to look in the mirror and feel like yourself again. 🫶🏻
Metabolism Kickstart starts 7th September ✨

This is exactly why we preach that eating less is never the answer!
This client came to us wanting to improve her physique and get leaner / more defined, but she didn’t actually need to lose weight.
She needed to get more consistent with the basics.
When we started, she was struggling to hit her nutrition goals, wasn’t doing any cardio, wasn’t drinking much water and was regularly dealing with bloating.
So instead of immediately cutting her calories, we focused on actually fuelling her properly.
She started tracking consistently, eating MORE, added some cardio into her gym routine, increased her water intake and worked on her digestion.
And just 6 weeks later… look at the difference 🤯
Her body weight barely changed.
But her waist dropped from 65cm to 63cm, she looks noticeably leaner and you can see so much more shape and definition through her physique which we built through consistency.
Take this as your sign to eat enough, train properly and actually give your body a chance to respond to consistency.
If you’re stuck on low calories and feel like you have nowhere left to go, DM me TRANSFORM and we can chat about what we’d do differently with you 💖

Here’s what a 1750 calorie day can look like when you have coeliac disease AND you’re working towards a fat loss goal for our client!
This is a full day of eating from Siobhan, who is currently down 3kg 💖
At Elevate Online Coaching, we don’t believe getting results should mean cutting out everything you enjoy, surviving on tiny portions or trying to eat “perfectly”.
And if you already have a dietary restriction like coeliac disease, the last thing we want to do is make your diet even MORE restrictive.
Siobhan’s day included:
🥣 Post-workout oats with egg whites, berries + dark chocolate
🍗 Nando’s half chicken with Caesar salad
🍓 A huge Skyr bowl with oats, banana + raspberries
🍫 And a Freddo because chocolate can absolutely be part of a fat loss diet 😂
Our approach at Elevate is pretty simple:
We want you eating enough food.
We want you eating foods you actually enjoy.
We want you to be able to eat out and have a social life.
We want your nutrition to work around YOUR dietary requirements.
And we want to teach you how to do all of this whilst still progressing towards your goals.
Because anyone can follow an overly restrictive meal plan for a few weeks.
We’re much more interested in teaching you how to eat in a way you could genuinely see yourself maintaining long after coaching ends 🫶🏻
Your nutrition should fit your life, not your entire life having to revolve around your nutrition. 💖

That Monday morning scale jump after a weekend away isn't usually 2-3;bs of body fat.
But I know it FEELS like you’ve undone weeks of progress.
You’ve been consistent for weeks, the scale is finally moving and then you have a weekend where you…
🍝 eat out more
🍸 have a few drinks
🍰 eat foods you don’t normally have
🧂 consume more salt
🍚 eat more carbs
🏋🏼♀️ maybe train less
💩 and your digestion isn’t quite as regular
Then Monday morning comes around and suddenly you’re 2–3lbs heavier.
Cue the panic.
“I’ve ruined everything.”
“I need to cut my calories this week.”
“I’m not eating out again.”
Except gaining 3lbs of actual body fat would require a very substantial calorie surplus and that overnight increase is far more likely to be a combination of water, glycogen and food still being digested.
And what do most women do next?
They punish themselves for it.
They slash their calories, add extra cardio and spend the next week trying to “undo” the weekend.
THIS is the cycle I want you to break.
Because successful fat loss isn’t about never seeing the scale increase.
It’s about understanding why it increases, looking at the trend over time and knowing when you actually need to make a change — and when you simply need to carry on as normal.
Education over restriction. Every. Single. Time. 💖
And that’s exactly what I’m teaching inside Metabolism Kickstart.
6 weeks. £149. Starting 7th September.

A full day of eating on a WEEKEND for our client 🍳🍇🍕
1900 calories + 140g protein ✨
Because your weekend meals don’t need to look like sad “diet food” just because you have a fat-loss goal.
🍳 Breakfast — eggs on toast with chicken sausages, bacon, mushrooms + ketchup. A big, high-protein breakfast that actually keeps me full.
🍇 Snack — grapes, a Lindahls Kvarg + an Oreo protein bar. Protein AND something sweet because the two can coexist.
🍕 Dinner — pizza, homemade wedges + a big side salad with dressing.
And somewhere in the day my blueberry baked oats 🫐 which are one of my favourite ways to get something sweet while still getting plenty of protein.
The point?
You can eat pizza.
You can eat carbs.
You can have chocolate.
You can enjoy your weekend.
AND still eat in a way that supports your goals.
You don't need a completely different “diet version” of your life to make progress you need to learn how to build meals you genuinely enjoy around your nutritional needs.
And that’s exactly what I’ll be teaching you inside my 6 Week Metabolism Kickstart 💖
We start 7th September and it’s just £149 for the entire 6 weeks.

The goal should never be to see how little you can eat...
Yet so many women get stuck in the same cycle:
Cut calories → lose a little weight → plateau → cut again → repeat.
Until suddenly you’re eating 1,200 calories, thinking about food constantly, scared of eating out and wondering why fat loss feels harder than ever.
Your body isn’t a calculator.
When you chronically under-eat, it adapts.
Your energy expenditure can decrease, hunger increases, spontaneous movement can drop and maintaining a deficit becomes harder.
The answer isn’t always to eat less.
Sometimes it’s about learning how to fuel your body properly, support your metabolism, build muscle, improve your relationship with food and then use a calorie deficit strategically
Rather than living in one forever.
Because you should be able to…
✨ eat proper portions
✨ enjoy meals out
✨ have energy to train
✨ fuel your hormones
✨ AND feel confident in your body
That’s exactly what we’re working on inside Metabolism Kickstart.
6 weeks of nutrition, training, education and support designed to teach you how to work WITH your body instead of constantly fighting against it.
We start 7th September 💖
£149 for the full 6 weeks.

Ever feel like fitness culture has made eating way more complicated than it needs to be? 😵💫
Let’s clear the air: nutrition myths are holding your progress back, and it’s time to stop fearing entire food groups!
Food is meant to nourish, give you energy, and fuel your workouts, not make you feel guilty.
Here is the real tea behind 3 massive nutrition myths:
Myth 1:
All sugar is bad
Fact: Natural sugars found in whole fruits are not the enemy! They come packed with essential vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber. They give you clean, accessible energy to power through your day and crush your workouts without the crazy crash.
Myth 2:
Carbs make you fat
Fact: Carbs do not equal weight gain… a calorie surplus does! Carbs are actually your body’s absolute favorite energy source. Whole carbs like potatoes, oats, and rice provide sustained fuel, boost your training performance, and keep you feeling full and satisfied.
Myth 3:
Fat is bad for you
Fact: Your body literally needs dietary fats to thrive! Healthy fats like delicious avocados, nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil are essential for hormone production, brain function, nutrient absorption, and keeping your joints happy.

Living with PMOS doesn’t mean you’re destined to fight your body forever. 💡✨
Meet Alice. Living out in Bangkok, she came to us dealing with PCOS struggling with hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, and the frustration that usually comes with it.
Instead of extreme restriction or endless cardio, we built a daily routine around nourishing her body, balancing her hormones, and supporting sustainable fat loss.
What a day in her life actually looks like:
Prioritising 8+ hours of quality sleep to keep stress and cortisol in check.
Fueling pre-workout with quick carbs like rice cakes, banana, and honey.
Hitting a strength training session followed by local market runs for fresh fruit.
Refueling post-workout with a massive, nutrient-dense plate—high protein, carbs, healthy fats, and targeted supplements (like Inositol, Fish Oil, and Vitamin D3) to reduce androgen levels and support cycle regularity.
Snacking on the go, staying hydrated, getting work done, and taking time out for self-care.
Ending the day with a balanced dinner, peppermint tea, and a proper wind-down routine to head to bed by 9:30 PM.
The result? She came off the pill, restored a regular cycle, reduced her androgen levels, and achieved fat loss that she actually maintains while living her absolute best life.
Coaching isn’t just about a 12-week transformation or a photo on a screen.
t’s about building a genuine lifestyle, empowering you with total food freedom, and creating a community that supports you every step of the way (even catching up in Bangkok!).
So proud of you, Alice! 💖

From underfuelled, constantly cold, and missing her period... to energised, strong, and living with total food freedom 🔋✨
So many women get trapped in the exhausting cycle of over-exercising and under-eating, believing that smaller always equals healthier.
This is exactly where our client was, stuck and sick of being controlled by food and burned out by endless workouts.
She wanted her life back.
After working together, everything shifted.
She restored her cycle.
She brought her energy back to life.
She went from feeling anxious and self-conscious to literally waking up buzzing for her 6am gym sessions.
Over the last year and a half, she hasn't just built a healthy body, she moved countries, graduated, travelled to 8 different countries, and learned how to fuel her body with complete confidence.
Health isn't about shrinking yourself down or living in restriction.
