A lot of people don’t realise how many career paths exist in data, IT, MIS, and technology - especially within schools, colleges, and multi-academy trusts. From data analysts and MIS officers to IT support and systems managers, the education sector is full of roles that most people never even think about when they’re picking their next step.

You don’t always need a degree to get started. You just need curiosity, the right skills, and an idea of where to look.

What starts a great partnership?

For us, it wasn't a pitch deck or a LinkedIn message. It was a conversation about music at a VOID event - and everything grew from there.
