Primarily, I work with clients on (any kind of) loss and bereavement, exploring anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and relationships. Aware that life events can sometimes be incredibly tough, I am committed to ensuring clients feel safe, seen and truly heard. I work collaboratively with clients, supporting and encouraging them to take next steps towards a more manageable life. I offer 1-1 online counselling and coaching, with options for both short and long-term work; also available for those who prefer to meet face-to-face is Café Counselling based in the Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells.
