And don't worry.......I'm not teaching it......as my clients will confirm, I have no coordination 🤣 but it will be funny watching me try to dance 🤣.

Who fancies a one off session for CHARITY??

I will be donning the colourful leggings for one day only on Saturday 22nd August at Mills Hall in Carharrack.
There will be 3 sessions of 45 minutes each 2:30, 3:30 & 4:30 you can book into one, two or all three!

Hello - loooong time no see.

Just to let you know my Mom (Hayley) is running the London Marathon today!! She is 60 and has been her bucket list - one ✅ for that today.

She will probably kill me for posting this but you can follow her progress on the app. She is number 79922!! She is currently just at mile 2!!

I am so sorry but my Zumba session tonight is cancelled! I am suffering with tonsillitis and although my antibiotics are kicking in it’s best to rest!
I very much appreciate all your support so far this year and I look forward to seeing you in September for a fresh start with a fabulous playlist!!
