Your struggles are not unique to you
My struggles aren’t unique to me
I’ve worked with some wildly consistent individuals who have faced some challenges that would make even me consider giving up on myself
Kimbo is one of those people. Arguably the most resilient person I’ve ever encountered who never turns up without a smile and some positivity, even if it’s a tiny amount.
There’s just something in these people that pushes them for more, they believe they can do it no matter what
They might miss a session here or there or have to manoeuvre things around and just straight up wing it some weeks but they know they have to keep going
There’s a voice in their heads pushing them to be the person they want to be
For some it’s a learned skill, for others it’s built in
The fact it can be learned leads me to ask why do you keep giving up every time things get tough??
Stop doing that
Back yourself

Most people know what to do in the gym, most people do a lot of things right
So why do most people never make any progress?
It’s two things
Their efforts are misplaced focusing on lifting weights that are too heavy
Or
Their effort’s MIA
Don’t be afraid to strip things back and tidy them up delivering a high level of accurate intensity
And if you’re worried about looking like a try hard, surely you look more like a numpty spending money on a membership that brings no progress every month?
On my 8 weeker starting September 7th I’ll be requesting training footage to make sure progress is made
DM me today to get involved and stop wasting your money every month with no direction

Coaching is client focused, always.
Or it should be.
Before and after photos are a huge part of what I do but the work that goes into those, on both my and the client’s part, is so much deeper than a photo.
Some people want the fast fat loss and it works well for them but a large majority will see wins that go deeper than fat loss initially by getting some basic, foundational behaviours in place to benefit their health and progress.
The effort, and openness to change, here has been class for the first 4 weeks - they know what to do, their training footage, and the start position of their physique, shows it but knowing what to do and achieving the goal are two vastly different things impacted by lots of life factors.
I’m beyond excited for this one.
If you want to lay the foundations for your progress with the RFit 8 weeker kicking off September 7th please make sure you get in touch by Monday absolute latest

The first 8 week package of the year is starting September 7th!!
The winner last year got DICED, wow. Aaron didn’t mess about and it was probably one of the most closely contested packages I’ve run - everyone turned up and worked incredibly hard.
So, we’re running it back.
8 weeks of 1-1 intensive online coaching that can set you up for further coaching off the back of it or for further success at the end of the 8 week block.
You get all the usual stuff; sheets, check ins, training feedback, accountability, education, WhatsApp support… all the stuff you’ve heard before .
But ultimately this is your opportunity to turn up and do something about the position you currently find yourself in.
This is your opportunity to use this to build incredible self confidence, confidence in the gym, knowledge and structure with food.
If you’re sick of hiding away in photos, picking yourself apart in the mirror, hating how you feel in your clothes or with having zero muscle and you turn up to work, this can be the end of those feelings.
I’m selling you a feeling.
I’m not here to do the work for you or for this to be something you do for 8 weeks then fob it off.
This is 8 weeks of graft.
Let me know if you’d like more info or to save your space.
All entries must be in by Monday at the absolute latest, please🙏🏻

Still over here doing the whole training thing 🙋🏽♂️
Haven’t stuck a quad day up on the griddy in a while so here we go.
Leg day requires the packing of the grown up pants in the gym bag because it’s largely a psychological challenge given how demanding a leg day is when done properly.
If you can lean into that sadistic torture you’ll be golden.
Have had some real joy with squatting and pressing before leg extensions for a change and since there wasn’t enough space for barbell walking lunges today I swapped in smith machine Bulgarians and would now like to apologise to every client I program these for 💀
The session order, incase you want a crack;
Adductor
Hack
Leg Press
Bulgarians
Leg extension
Standing calf
Hanging leg raise
One unstructured weekend, day or night, off plan can absolutely trash your progress for the week.
Make sure you consider the choices you make on the days you don’t think make all that much of a difference to ensure your progress doesn’t stagnate.
Reach out for coaching so I can help you with this
Straight out of the gym into some stuff that I’ve seen on social media this morning that is just daft
You’re welcome
Thanks for listening

Dieting sucks, the outcome rarely does.
Because the outcome is a physical representation of your efforts but is more about
- how you fit into your smaller clothes,
- the confidence you get from embracing a challenge,
- how you feel when you take your clothes off
- not needing to hide away in photos
- not picking yourself apart in the mirror before you leave the house
Fat loss isn’t meant to be sustainable.
It would benefit most to get their fat loss done quickly to be able to return to their new maintenance calories and work on adding muscle.
Do something about it, do it right and do it once - on September 7th begin to lay the foundations for further progress
