The 2026/27 season is almost here… and what a season it’s shaping up to be! 👊🏻⚽️

Thanks to an incredible number of returning players, exciting new signings and talented youngsters coming through, we’re proud to announce that St Florence AFC will be fielding TWO senior teams this season! 🙌🏻

🏆 1st Team – Promoted to Division 3 after a fantastic campaign.
⚽ 2nd Team – Ready to begin their journey in Division 5, giving more players the opportunity to develop, compete and represent the club.

Tonight is the first chance to see both squads in action as the 1st Team take on the 2nd Team in our pre-season friendly.

Hi all,
As we prepare for the new season, we’re looking for local businesses and individuals who’d like to sponsor St Florence FC.

This season is an exciting one for us as we’ve recently launched a Second team, giving more local players the opportunity to play and increasing the number of games we host. As the club grows, so do the costs of keeping everything running which is why we are looking for local businesses or individuals to help support us through sponsors.

Sponsorship opportunities:

🔹 Season Sponsor – Minimum £150. Promote your business all season with a pitch-side advertising banner (banner to be supplied by the sponsor) and regular mentions on our page.

🔹 Match Day Sponsor – £35 for a Match day sponsor. Receive a dedicated shout-out on our page before the match as that game’s official sponsor.

Every penny raised goes straight back into the club, helping with equipment, pitch maintenance, facilities and ensuring we can continue providing football for our community.

Get Well Soon, Zakk Thomas! 💛⚽

Our very own Zakk Thomas suffered an unfortunate injury early in our game last Saturday against Milford United.
He has undergone surgery on his leg, with a plate and screws to repair both his fibula and tibia. It’s a challenging road ahead, but we know Zakk’s determination, strength, and fighting spirit will see him through.

All of us—teammates, friends, and fans—are sending our full support and positive vibes as he begins his recovery. Rehabilitation takes patience and effort, but if anyone can tackle it, it’s Zakk.
And hey—he probably should have asked for a yellow cast to match the team colors! 💛

While he won’t be back on the pitch immediately, we’re already looking forward to seeing him back in action next season, stronger, fitter, and more determined than ever. Zakk, know that you have all of us cheering you on every step of the way.

The Saints hit the road to face Solva as we head into the final stretch of the season! 💪

After a strong 4-1 victory last weekend, promotion back to Division 3 is officially secured 🙌🏻⚽️ — a fantastic achievement for the team!

But we’re not done yet…
With just 3 games remaining and sitting proudly in 2nd place, the lads will be pushing for another 3 points against an 11th-placed Solva side.

It’s Bank Holiday weekend, and although it’s a bit windy 🌬️, the views in Solva more than make up for the journey 🌊

With strong teamwork, determination, and a bit of flair, they’ll be aiming to dominate the pitch and put their mark on the game early.
