🐟 Has anyone ever successfully bred Bolivian Rams, or any other interesting tropical fish?

As our regular followers will know, I (Joe) have got a small tropical tank in the office, and a large community tank downstairs.

Both have plenty of space to add extra fish, so I’m reeeeally tempted to have a bash at doing something interesting in one of the tanks, such as breeding Bolivian Rams, or an interesting Pleco, or possibly Cherry Barbs. The plan being that I’ve got plenty of overflow space to move post-breed stock around as required.

Not looking at any kind of live bearers (guppy etc) as I’m aware they can rapidly overpopulate.

Anyway, if anyone has enjoyed a modest tropical fish breeding program, let me know and I’ll see if it’s an option for my tanks ✌🏼
