No training tomorrow! 🚫⚽
While the coaches are away, keep the kids moving with our 5-Step Keepy-Uppy Challenge! Have them try to master each stage at home:
* Drop, Bounce, Kick & Catch: Drop the ball, let it bounce once, kick it up with the laces, and catch it! (Target: 10 times)
* Drop, Kick & Catch: Drop the ball and kick it straight back up to hands before it hits the ground.
* The Double Bounce: Drop, bounce, kick, bounce, kick with the other foot, and catch!
* The Double Kick: Drop, kick twice in the air (Right-Left), and catch!
* Continuous Juggling: Drop the ball and see how many total touches they can get without it hitting the ground!
💡 Top Tips:
* Kick with the shoelaces, not the toes!
* Keep the kicks low—below knee height gives the best control.
* Try to use both feet!
Comment below with your child's highest score—we can't wait to see their progress next week! 🙌🔥

Here are two quick reminders for tomorrow:
August Payments: As it’s the first Sunday of the month, we’ll be collecting August subs tomorrow. If you can’t make it, we’ll collect yours on 23rd August.
Kit Sizes (Important!): We need all player kit sizes tomorrow so we can finalise the order and confirm our team entries for next season.

💙⚽️ I’m pleased to announce that our sponsor from last season for our older players has agreed to be our kit sponsor for our newer younger players as well! Fundraising time! We’re raising funds to support our PAN teams to purchase some additional equipment needed as we expand to more age groups! Please let me know if you would like to have a go! £5 per team, picked at random in a draw to be held on Sunday at the end of our training session! We will attempt to go live for the draw as well, but will record it if we don’t succeed!
