Couple of short videos from classes! Our Lions were using the ladder today and learnt many ways to run, jump and hop from one end to the other! Our Junior students practised Tornado kicks in the car park after class finished!

Our July Grading Award chosen by Chief Master Marshall went to Ralph. He works really hard in class each week to better his technique, everything is done with a smile! Congratulations! 🏆😀🥋
