A big welcome to the 39 first timers who came to visit us 👋 👋 👋 and huge congratulations to the 16 people who achieved new personal bests. 👏 👏 👏

We had another super event last Saturday ‘Tutu day’!
The sun shone again, yet cooler of late.
We celebrated a 100th run, and our RD Nicola celebrated her 200th volunteer role.
Our tourists were from Cardiff, Aberdare and Shrewsbury. We hope you all enjoyed event 117 at our little parkrun at Ystalyfera.
Be sure to visit us this bank holiday weekend Saturday parkrun. 8.50 am for the welcome brief and 9 am for the main briefing.
