With schools opening on Monday until further notice I am opening my books for those in tier 3 and below in line with the government guidelines. Unfortunately I am not permitted to enter homes in tier Four so please bare this in mind when booking !!! Day one of our second National lockdown ..... whilst I am sad that has had to close down again and not seeing my lovely clients for a while.... I am also truly grateful for days like these. I found a beautiful new walk today and lovely spot for a post leg stretch brew. It’s more important now than ever to look after yourself , physically and if not more importantly your mental health.
