My new cable pulley machine now attached to wall and finally completes the last piece of my home gym.
It enables me to deliver focused workouts for the few clients who I train here, including Louisa who demo's a few cable exercises in part of her workout last week.
I will upload a video soon of my gym set up and how I managed to fit everything into a small space!

Today's workout!
DB Chest Press 32kg x 15
DB Bicep Curls 18kg x 10
DB Lateral Raise 8kg x 8
DB Skullcrushers 17.5kg x 10
Dragonfly's x 10
3 X rounds of each set.
One thing I do every day: 5โ6 minutes of mobility. I often get asked what I do so I have posted my routine. It's sped up x 2, I don't do it quite this fast!๐
It keeps joints moving well, improves flexibility, and helps prevent the stiffness that creeps in as we get older.
It doesnโt need to be long or complicated. Just consistent.
Your body will thank you for it in the long term๐
Been ages since I last posted a vid, but came across a nifty edit feature on my phone that makes it a bit easier to put together!
This is today's workout of mainly pulling exercises and still focusing on strength training which I do 3-4 sessions a week.
Deadlifts 110kg 3 x 6
Pull ups (still hate these!) 3 x 8
Bent over barbell row 50kg 3 x 8
Seated banded pulldowns 3 x 15
Kneeling band Crunches 3 x 15
45ish mins. Got after it.
