đ âIf I canât do it perfectly⌠whatâs the point?â
Sound familiar?
For so many women, health and well-being have been wrapped up in an all-or-nothing mindset - a cycle of extremes that leads to burnout, guilt, and feeling like youâre always starting over.
But hereâs the truth:
đż You donât need to do everything.
đż You donât need to do it perfectly.
đż You just need to show up - imperfectly, consistently, and with self-compassion.
In our holistic coaching, we strip away the pressure, the shame, and the unrealistic expectations.
Together, we rebuild from the inside out - creating rituals that actually stick and a mindset that works with your life, not against it.
⨠Youâre not broken. Youâre burnt out from unrealistic rules.
Ready to make a shift?
Drop a đŹ âCOACHâ below or DM me to chat about how we can break the cycle - for good.

Feeling stuck? Like no matter what you do, somethingâs holding you back?
Itâs not always about doing more - sometimes, itâs about thinking differently. đ§ â¨
Your mindset shapes how you show up, how you cope, and how you move forward.
When we stay stuck in old thought patterns, itâs easy to doubt ourselves, procrastinate, or wait for the âperfectâ moment.
But a small shift in mindset can unlock clarity, confidence, and momentum. đĄ
This carousel is your mini âresetâ - a few gentle nudges to challenge the stories you might be telling yourself.
Flick through, breathe, and come back to what you need.
One thought can change everything. đ

Letâs be honest - if âIâll start Mondayâ actually worked, wouldnât we have arrived at your goal by now? đ¤
Weâve all said it.
âMonday Iâll get back on track.â
âNext week Iâll be more motivated.â
But hereâs the truth: waiting for the perfect moment is often just our brainâs way of avoiding discomfort.
Psychologists call this temporal discounting - we overvalue future motivation and undervalue what we can do right now.
But change doesnât happen in big dramatic restarts.
It happens in quiet, messy, imperfect choices we make today. In showing up even when itâs not Monday. In saying yes to progress over perfection.
You donât need a new week, a new month, or a new version of yourself. You just need to begin - right here, right now, exactly as you are.
Because consistency beats intensity. Every. Single. Time.

Itâs been a little while! đđź
So I thought Iâd reintroduce myself for anyone new around here (or anyone whoâs forgotten what I do đ)...
Iâm Emily â founder of and
Iâm deeply passionate about helping women and girls build confidence, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel empowered in their minds and bodies.
Iâve been a little quiet on here, but not because things have stopped â quite the opposite.
Team Project You has still been running quietly behind the scenes, supporting our amazing clients through powerful mindset, lifestyle, and behavioural change. đ
Right now, weâre not taking on new clients, but we may have a few spots opening in the next few weeks â so if youâve been thinking about it, keep your eyes peeled. đâ¨
Meanwhile, The Teen Project has taken off in the most incredible way.
What started as a response to so many TPY clients saying, âI wish Iâd learned this earlier,â has grown into something so needed and so impactful - helping girls step into their worth before self-doubt and body shame take hold.
Watching the growth and transformation has been honestly mind-blowing - and itâs only the beginning.
So Iâll be honest - social media hasnât been my priority lately.
When youâre deep in the real-life work, spending hours mentoring girls, delivering sessions, or supporting women through massive mindset shifts... posting just slips down the list.
But I can feel it creeping its way back up again - and Iâm excited to start sharing more of this journey with you soon. đŤ
Thank you for sticking around. If youâve ever worked with me, followed along, shared a post, or simply rooted for this work in your own quiet way - it means the world.
Hereâs to whatâs next đĽ

đ¨ The Problem with Toxic Body Positivity đ¨
âYou should just love yourself!â Sounds great, right? But what if you donât?
Toxic body positivity can make you feel guilty for struggling with body image - like youâre failing if you donât embrace every inch of yourself 24/7. The truth? You donât have to love your body to respect it.
đ Instead of forcing positivity, try body neutrality. Shift the focus from how your body looks to what it does for you. Movement, strength, energy - it all matters more than aesthetics.
đ You donât need to love your body to treat it with kindness. Start with acceptance.

âď¸ STOP LETTING THE SCALE RUIN YOUR DAY!
If youâve stepped on the scale and seen an increase, take a deep breath - itâs not necessarily fat gain! Your weight fluctuates daily due to things like water retention, food in your system, and even exercise recovery.
đ¨ The scale doesnât tell the full story.
Your progress is about so much more than a number - think strength, energy, confidence, and how you feel in your body!
đ If the number on the scale impacts your mood, itâs time to work on your relationship with it. The scale is just data, not your worth. đ

BREAKING THE CYCLE đŤđ
Sound familiar? You start the week with the best intentions, sticking to âbeing goodâ⌠only to feel out of control by the weekend. Then Monday rolls around, and the cycle starts all over again.
This all-or-nothing approach keeps you stuck, making you feel guilty, frustrated, and like youâre always âstarting over.â But breaking free starts with one key thingâyour self-talk.
Instead of: âI have to be good this week.â
Try: âIâm learning to listen to my body and make choices that feel good all week.â
Instead of: âI ruined it this weekend.â
Try: âOne meal doesnât define me. Iâm allowed to enjoy food without guilt.â
Shifting your mindset is the first step to food freedom.
No more rules, no more guiltâjust balance⌠that actually gets you results!

17 YEARS. Thatâs how long the average woman spends dieting. đł
And for most, it starts before they even hit their teenage years.
Diet culture traps you in a cycle:
âĄď¸ Obsess over food & weight
âĄď¸ Try another restrictive diet
âĄď¸ Lose weight, then regain it (plus more)
âĄď¸ Blame yourself & start over again
But hereâs the truth: Itâs not youâitâs the diets that are failing.
At , we are NOT anti-fat loss. We fully support body composition changesâbut in a way thatâs sustainable, healthy, and doesnât destroy your relationship with food.
You can lose fat while learning to fuel your body with confidence. You can feel in control without restriction.
But it takes patience, curiosity, and trust in the process.
