MJ can operate on either flank without a hesitation he jumps into the team and help wherever he needs to. No question asked. A brilliant lad to have in the team!

He will be there Sunday even if he might be a few minutes late, but there! That’s why he is one of the highest capped player for our team. Ranked No3. 👏

Just to confirm; we decided not to compete in the cups anymore. We focus only on the League now!

Well this was an interesting match.

1st Half:
The game started as expected with the home side dominating possession and moving the ball well. However, the lads closed gapes and stayed compact most the time in the first half. The Keon-Harvey partnership worked pretty well.

There were some split second mistakes when markers got lost so Jarrow took a 2-0 lead into the first half.

2nd Half:
Joel scored a long range goal as Jarrow give the ball away. 30y out and through the hands and legs of the GK. 😬

Also Rex did what he does best after a well grafted day he received a through ball from Skipper Mattie and scored our 2nd goal. (Maybe was 4-2 the time)

You may see a new name on the bench. His name is Michael who joined our ranks 🫡

Second half we conceded really similar goals and even a cross went in too! No luck.

Well doneall involved it was a clear, enjoyable match to play and watch. All the best to Jarrow in the cup, great bunch of young lads and we shall see them again in the League! 👏

Captain of the team. Always reliable from Day 1 since he joined in S1! One of the highest capped player, always perform a solid 7-8/10 in a game with a couple of goals and assists always in the cards. Consistent what he does on the pitch with a winning mentality!

He will be on the pitch this Sunday where we will take on the challenge against a youthful team!

Jude is one of our original player from Season 1 and even before that he played for Coach Mark during his youth years. He always available for selection and currently the most capped player in our team!

A player with eager eyes for a key pass, short or long, and a shot from distance never stopped him from trying.

He will be there this Sunday in the County Cup where the team will travel down to Hartlepool!

Marksmen FC and Liam L. decided to part ways for the unseeable future. It will allow Liam to focus on himself and take some time away from football.

We thank Liam for all his hard work and important saves in our Season 1! 👏

Alex is one of our newest signing for the 26/27 season. From day one he felt at home, playing alongside with some of the lads through junior football. He was Coach Mark’s captain at youth level before rejoining him from Div 3, Ryhope CW.

A hard working midfielder with fighting spirit and a never giving up attitude, will bring a new competitive energy into the heart of the team!
