Hello! If you and your little one fancy escaping balloon festival madness, we have a wonderful session for you! Come and join us for partnered yoga, help your little one to paint a beautiful paper mache hot air balloon craft, and relax into a themed guided meditation. Aimed at children aged 7 - 12. Email to book your spot. We have space for 6 pairs and will potentially add a second later session if there is more interest than spaces! Alanna and Kristine x@

As the summer holidays come to an end, it’s the perfect time to ease back into a routine and make a little time for yourself. 🤍

For one week only, 17th–21st August, I’m offering FREE trials in all of my classes with available spaces.

Whether you’ve never tried yoga before, or you’re looking to get back on your mat, I’d love to welcome you.

🌅 Monday, Wednesday & Friday | Flow with Kristine 7:00–7:45am
Start your morning feeling calm, energised and ready for the day ahead – with plenty of time to get home before the school run or work.

☀️ Tuesday | Flow with Kristine 9:30–10:30am
A gentle morning flow after school drop-off or before your day begins.

🌙 Wednesday | Yin Yoga with Kristine 6:00–7:00pm
Slow down, unwind and release the tension of the day.
