What a day for Enville Athletic! 💙

We hosted our very first football tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better ending… our boys only went and WON IT! 🏆👏

An absolutely brilliant effort from every single player. They worked hard, played for each other and represented Enville superbly throughout the tournament.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise and run the day, all the teams who came along, and all the parents and supporters who made our first tournament such a success.

And to top it all off… Enville brought the trophy home! 🏆💙

What a weekend for our U9’s! We’re beyond proud to announce that we’ve won the SCI BUDE Football Tournament! 💪⚽

Every player gave it their all — showing incredible teamwork, determination, and heart. This victory is a true reflection of the hard work, dedication, and spirit that defines our squad.

Match Report – Vs Wolverhampton Olympic Warriors ⚽💙❤️

We were up against Wolverhampton Olympic Warriors today in great conditions, with the sun out and perfect weather for football 🌞⚽

It just felt like one of those days where things didn’t quite click. The effort was there, the boys kept going, but we never really got into our rhythm the way we normally do.

Despite that, there were still plenty of positives and moments to build on.

A big highlight of the day was Jace’s birthday 🎂 — and what a way to mark it! A brilliant goal and a top performance to match, earning him a well-deserved Parents’ Player award 👏⚽🔥

🏅 Managers’ Player: Henry — “the cat between the sticks” 🧤🐱 pulling off some great saves and showing real quality in goal

Even when things don’t go our way, the attitude and commitment from the boys never drops. We take the lessons, brush it off and go again 💪

Match Report –Vs Stourbridge ⚽💙❤️

The weather was in fine form today 🌤️ — perfect conditions for what turned out to be a very close and competitive game.

From start to finish it was evenly matched, with both teams working hard, battling for every ball and creating chances. It was one of those games that could have gone either way, with very little between the sides.

In the end, Stourbridge just edged it, getting over the line in a tight contest. Credit to them for taking their chance when it mattered 👏

Nice early start this morning as we made the trip down to Worcester City 🌅⚽

It was a slow start from us, taking a little time to get going, but once the boys settled into the game, you could see the quality start to come through. The passing improved, the energy lifted, and we began to take control.

From there, the team showed great character and teamwork, working hard for each other and turning the game around with a strong performance 💪🔥
Thankfully, the weather held off and stayed dry right up until we were leaving 🌤️ — perfect conditions in the end!

A game full of chances, opportunities, and moments where on another day things go very differently. The boys played some great football, created loads, but just couldn’t quite get the rewards their performance deserved 🎯

It’s one of those games — take your chances and it’s a different story. But the effort, teamwork, and attitude were spot on from start to finish 💪

Today we played Kidderminster Lions in what turned out to be one of those games where things just didn’t quite go our way. Despite that, the effort and attitude from the boys never dropped — they kept going, kept battling, and stuck together right until the end 💪

A big well done to all the lads who stepped up and went in goal today 🧤 — not always an easy job, but you all gave it your best and did the team proud 👏

We kicked off our first game of the Trophy League today. It was a competitive match and scrappy at times, but the team kept working hard, battling for every ball and showing great determination throughout 💪

Sometimes football comes down to effort and giving yourselves the opportunity, and as the saying goes “if you don’t buy a ticket, you don’t win the raffle” 🎟️⚽

A big shoutout to Luke and Samuel who both picked up Managers’ Player 🛡️ for their strong performances and commitment throughout the game.

Parents’ Player went to Jesse, who battled all game and never stopped working for the team 👏💪
