To over 1,500 choir members, you’re so much more than a choir leader.

To over 200,000 people online, you’re the person inspiring others to believe in themselves and sing without fear.

To your team, you’re the leader who encourages us, believes in us and inspires us every single day.

And somehow, while leading it all, you’re also an incredible wife, a devoted mum to two beautiful girls, and alongside Jim continue to build three amazing businesses with endless passion and determination.

The biggest thing that has ever held you back… isn’t your voice.

As we begin our final choir week before a two-week half-term break, we want you to pause and recognise something important.

Look how far you’ve come.

Not just as a singer…

But as a person.

The confidence you’ve found.
The courage you’ve built.
The resilience you’ve discovered.

Those things don’t disappear when the music stops.

They become part of who you are.

So this week, leave every doubt at the door.

Sing without holding back.

Laugh loudly.

Support each other.

Celebrate everything you’ve achieved together.

Because this choir has never been about perfect voices.

It’s about ordinary people discovering they’re capable of extraordinary things.
