Join me on Sunday 4th October for a whole day just for you. We will gather at PAUS, a Swedish style outdoor spa with amazing facilities and food. PAUS is a beautiful venue in the countryside just outside Cambridge and everything you need to feel good. We will practice yoga, have lunch and enjoy sauna, hot tubs and if you’re brave enough a cold plunge. Come and join us as we explore the five elements and take time for you. It will be amazing! There is plenty of time and space for individual attention and we are really friendly and welcoming. If so, look no further! Our new term of Baby Yoga is offering something special. You don’t have to pay for the full term (unless you want to!) Instead, you can book weekly and join us whenever it works for you and your baby.

What’s more, our Baby Yoga classes are small and intimate, held in a homely setting, a safe, clean and welcoming space for you and your baby.
