Our Krav Juniors did amazing at their grading day, showing off all their hard work with their training!
Also to our teens, for assisting, through our **Teenagers To Adults Programme**. Really proud to see them grow and develop from 5 year old kids, to maturing and responsible young adults ๐๐
A big thank you to some of our East Coast Krav Maga adult students and instructor Colin McAllister, for providing the kids with a fun filled grading experience! ๐๐ฅ

Today was a bit different training.. we made the most of such a lovely day, and went out for a walk to train our real life situational awareness, assessing our local environment and surroundings, thinking of possible dangers and ways to deal with them.
The ice-cream was purely for use as a common object... just incase ๐๐

Yesterday, instructor Susan, completed all three 10k, 5k, and 5k runs, with donations helping to raise just over ยฃ200, in a very wet and cold Dundee summer... ๐ง๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
