In honour of exam season we will be doing a special stretch class this weekend!! We will do calming stretches with meditation elements to destress, followed by some funky music and happy dancing to get you prepared to go back to work afterwards!!
Everyone who comes will also get a free chocolate as a study treat :) We'll leave some free time for crying and screaming as well.
