FightKlub is a high-energy boxing class where everyone gets involved.⚡️
We count down from 8; everyone hits the bag a little bit harder, and honestly, it's just enjoyable. Everyone gets involved with the MCing too.
It's like being at a rave. Just without the without the hangover 😂
Mindset Body Transformations is fortunate to offer this as part of our membership. You can also do it as a standalone class too.
Nowhere else in Hampshire offers this class. You'd have to travel as far as Brighton to find the next nearest one. I trained to teach it in London 15 years ago now! And I still enjoy teaching it as much as I did back then! 👌🏽
Come along and see what all the fuss is about. Your first class is free.

Something happens in a small group that never happens in a big gym.
Someone notices you're quiet today, and asks if you're alright.
Someone spots you struggling with a weight, and quietly drops theirs to match.
Someone messages you when you've missed a couple of sessions, just to check in.
And someone cheers louder than you do when you finally hit that lift you've been chasing for a month.
That isn't a fitness class. That's a group of women who've got you.
It's also, if I'm honest, the reason people stay. The training gets results. The women are what get you through the door on a wet Tuesday when you'd rather not.
You can buy a gym membership anywhere in Southampton. There are cheaper ones and closer ones and shinier ones.
You can't buy that 💜
👇 Tag the woman you'd want beside you. And if you haven't got one yet, that's exactly what this place is for.

"Will I be the oldest one there?"
Genuinely one of the most common questions I'm asked, usually in a slightly embarrassed whisper. So let me answer it honestly.
Our members are mostly women between 35 and 60. Some are in their 60s. A few are older still.
And beyond age:
✅ Some have trained before. Most haven't in years
✅ Some can do a full press-up. Plenty can't yet, and that's completely fine
✅ Some come three times a week. Some manage one, and that still counts
✅ Every single one of them was nervous on day one
There is no "typical" woman here. That's rather the point.
You will not be the oldest, the unfittest, or the only one walking in feeling like she doesn't belong. I promise you that 💜
👇 Got a question you feel a bit daft asking? Drop it below, or message me privately. I'd genuinely rather answer it than have it stop you.

"How much protein do I actually need?"
Fair question. And the internet makes it far more complicated than it needs to be.
Here's the simple version for women over 40:
🍳 A palm-sized portion at every meal. That's your measure, no scales needed
🥛 Greek yoghurt, eggs, chicken, fish, beans, a decent shake… whatever you'll actually eat
⏰ Start with breakfast. It's the meal most of us skip protein at entirely
📊 If you only change one thing this week, change that one
Why it matters more now than it did at 30: protein is what protects your muscle as your hormones shift. Lose that muscle and everything gets harder, from the stairs to the shopping.
It also keeps you full, steadies your energy, and puts an end to the 4pm biscuit raid.
No weighing. No tracking. No apps. Just a palm at each meal 💜
Save this one for the weekly shop.
👇 And tell me, what's your go-to protein breakfast? I'm always after new ideas.

The message I get most weeks goes something like this:
"Carrie, I'm really nervous. I haven't trained in years. Will I be the most unfit one there?"
And my answer never changes.
Everyone here started exactly where you are. Nervous. Unsure. Convinced everyone else had it all figured out.
They didn't. They just started anyway.
Here's what actually happens when you send that message:
✅ We have a proper chat first. No pressure, no pitch
✅ I ask about your injuries, your worries, your life
✅ You come and try it before committing to anything
✅ If it's not right for you, I'll tell you honestly
That's it. That's the whole scary process.
The hardest part isn't the training. It's making that first decision.
Everything after that… you'll surprise yourself 💜
If that message sounds like one you've been drafting in your head for months… just send it.
👇 Comment 'READY' and I'll come back to you personally. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Nobody in this photo is worrying about how they look. 💜
Look properly.
Every woman has her arms in the air, a weight above her head or a huge smile on her face because she’s celebrating somebody beside her. 🙌
Nobody is checking the mirror.
Nobody is sucking their tummy in.
Nobody is worrying about whether their arms look too big or whether someone might take an unflattering photo.
They’re far too busy training, laughing and cheering each other on. ✨
So many women tell me they want to exercise, but they feel too self-conscious to walk through the gym door.
They worry they’re too unfit.
Too old.
Too big.
Or that everyone else will be watching and judging them.
But this is what I wish more women understood.
In the right room, nobody is judging your body. They’re too busy working on themselves and wanting you to succeed too. 💪
This kind of community doesn’t happen overnight. It grows session by session and week by week, until one day you look around and realise you’re surrounded by women who know your name, celebrate your progress and notice when you’re not there.
You might walk through our doors wanting to get fitter, stronger or feel better in your clothes.
But you stay because of how this place makes you feel. 💗💛
Has worrying about how you look ever stopped you from walking through the gym door?
