We had 2 amazing workshops with Yvonne Smink on the 31st of August.
We all left the studio feeling inspired, with big smiles on our faces, and energized.💪🏽🦸🏽‍♀️💃🏽

WHEN ART AWAKENS

What happens when the museum closes for the night... and the paintings begin to breathe?

Join us for an unforgettable evening where art and artists come alive through breathtaking pole, aerial and movement performances. Guided by the unlikely pairing of Rembrandt and Vincent van Gogh, you'll journey through a museum where iconic masterpieces awaken one by one. From the elegance of Anne of Cleves to the surreal world of Dalí, from Banksy's hope-filled balloon to Picasso's powerful Guernica, every performance reimagines a famous work of art through movement and theatrical performance.

As this is our Halloween edition, expect a touch of mystery, a hint of eeriness, and plenty of magical surprises along the way... 👻🎭

⭐Heels Slink Choreography Workshop

Unwind and lean into sensual, liquid movement in this Heels Slink Workshop.
Designed to help you build control, extension, and effortless flow, this 90-minute class focuses on grounded floorwork, slinky body waves, and intentional transitions.
During the workshop, you will learn choreography, breaking down the technique step-by-step to help you move with confidence and texture.

What to bring:
Kneepads (essential for floorwork)
Pole heels or socks
Water bottle & your best energy 🫶🏽

PARTNER MASSAGE & STRETCH WORKSHOP

Join us for a relaxing and interactive Partner Massage & Stretch workshop, inspired by the principles of Thai massage, combining gentle pressure, assisted stretching and mindful movement.

Led by Sean Burke, a qualified Sports Massage practitioner, with additional qualifications in clinical stretching and flexibility, rehabilitation and a range of massage disciplines including Thai massage.

You will both GIVE AND RECEIVE A MASSAGE, with around 55 MINUTES EACH, making this a lovely opportunity to connect with a partner, friend — or simply meet someone new.
You don't need to bring a partner; we’ll pair you up on the day.
