Amazing sunsets this week as training continues for South Coast Champs in Deal. 😃💪

The Norman 'Spud' Murphy cup. New for this season for the Masters 50 Women, won by Coalporters and presented by his daughter Siobhan.
Spud was a very much loved long serving member of SARC and spent his last coaching years with the Masters Women of SARC ❤️

Thank you all the Clubs who attended, to the Officials, and to the helpers and family members who helped make the Regatta successful.

5 of our SARC ladies have been on an adventure! They have been to Venice to row The Vogalonga. They had a fab time in the sunshine and madness of hundreds of boats, all shapes and sizes, joining in the fun too!
They have done it to raise funds to referb the clubs gym. Well done Inke/Eli/Naomi/Claire and Sarah
